“Rising Horse” is for horses that may or may not have some experience competing with obstacles, but the horse may have no more than 2 years in obstacle-related events. A horse in this division is not considered “very broke” and this division can be used as a step-up for green horses. The horse must have some area(s) in its training that require improvements and refinement. The rider may be of any age and must be very comfortable at all gaits. There are 10 obstacles with a 5-minute time limit overall. The horse may be entered in other divisions with the same or different riders.
